Vacuum arc melting was used to synthesize high-purity bulk alloys under controlled inert atmosphere, enabling precise control of alloy composition while minimizing oxygen contamination. Repeated melting cycles were applied to promote chemical homogeneity, allowing reliable fabrication of bulk samples for structural, mechanical, and corrosion evaluation.
